1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Arrows: Puzzle Escape ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the Game.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and play the Game on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the Game's code or visual assets without our prior written consent.
3. Local Game Progress & Lives
Your game progress (level number, streaks, and completed puzzles) and life tracking are stored entirely locally on your device's internal storage. We do not maintain any online cloud saves. You acknowledge and agree that uninstalling the Game, clearing the Game's storage, or resetting your device will permanently erase all your progress and lives, and we cannot recover or restore this data for you.
4. Third-Party Analytics
The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous gameplay events (such as level starting, wins, and session duration) to help us analyze and improve the puzzle difficulty and gameplay flow. By playing the Game, you agree to Google's Processing Terms. We do not collect or request any personal identification like your name, email, or telephone number.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with all device hardware configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Astyrex or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to lost progress, hardware malfunction, or data corruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued play of the Game following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
